I've switched to using Common Ground as the distribution format for the documentation. The documentation files can be viewed and printed using the Common Ground MiniViewer enclosed in this folder.
The documentation is set in Courier, Palatino and Zapf Dingbats; for best results you should have all of these fonts installed. (Common Ground does let you include high-resolution character images, but I decided not to because it makes the files a lot bigger.) You can probably live without Zapf Dingbats, but you'll get funny characters in place of the nice bullets.
